NOTE:
1. Exchanges and store credit refunds are free of charge. Refunds to the original payment method and returns will incur a restocking fee.
2. Drop off your item(s) at Happy Returns for swift processing of your PatPat store credit refund within 24 hours, plus a free shipping voucher.
3. OnIy available in the US.
If you're unsatisfied with the size or quality of the items you received, you can initiate a Return/Exchange Request within 30 days from the date of receipt. All refund requests will be processed after review.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or non-functional item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days and provide photo proof (The photos should clearly display the issue with the item/package and show the item label with size/SKU details) to receive a full refund or exchange.
Please note:
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for a return/exchange.
2. Refunds for store credit and exchanges are free of charge.While refunds to the original payment method and returns will incur a restocking fee: Dropping off at a Happy Returns location will incur a 15% restocking fee per item. Alternatively, if you choose to box and ship items using a prepaid label, a restocking fee of $5.99 will be charged per package. We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are free of charge and do not incur any restocking fees.Once you have dropped off your item(s) with Happy Returns, your refund will be sent back to your PatPat store credit(wallet) within 24 hours and a free shipping voucher will be sent to your account. You can use the store credit and free shipping voucher to make purchases for the items you need.
How are Refunds Processed?
1) Refund amount:
If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, the refund amount will be equal to the original price of the product.
If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you paid for the item will be adjusted accordingly. If you wish to see the discounted quantity of the item, please check your order summary in your account.
2) For security purposes, in the case of returns, the refunds will only be returned to the original form of payment, while for exchanges, the refunds will be credited to store credit.
3) Refunds for store credit and exchanges are free of charge. Why do we charge a restocking fee?
We partner with Happy Returns, to offer printer-free, packaging-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges.
To support our efforts on reducing our carbon footprint and environmental waste, we will be charging a one time restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund amount. Each time a product is returned, it undergoes transportation, reinspection, cleaning, and repackaging to ensure it can be resold. This incurs additional labor and resource costs. We believe in offering a printer-free, packaging-free sustainable return and exchange process that is also significantly more convenient to our customer. Thank you for your support and understanding and for joining us in our contribution to reduce waste and deliver top quality products at competitive prices.

How to Return?
1. Pull Up Your Order Page
To access your order page, either log into your PatPat account or enter your order number if you checked out as a guest.

2. Click “Return & Refund” to start.
3. Next, select the items you wish to return and choose your refund reason.(If you need to return multiple items, you will need to perform the same operation for the other items.)
4. Select a return method.You can choose to drop off at Happy Returns location or to box and ship items using a prepaid label.
5. Submit your return method,refund method and refund amount.
6.Drop off items.
(For mail back, you can download the prepaid label after submited the return.)
Note:
1. After 30 days, the QR code will become invalid, and you will need to initiate a new return if it is still within the return window.
2. After 30 days, the shipping label will no longer be available for download, and you will need to initiate a new return. If you downloaded the label before it expired, it can still be used.How to Exchange?
We accept free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Click here to get started. This will direct you to the exchange page.
From here click “Return & Refund”. This will redirect you to Happy Returns. Follow the prompts to process your exchange. Happy Returns will send you a QR code to drop off the item(s) at the nearest location to you.
Once you have dropped off your item(s) with Happy Returns, we will immediately begin processing your refund. The refund will be sent back to your PatPat store credit (wallet)within 24 hours and a free shipping voucher will be sent to your account.
After the refunds are deposited into your store credit (wallet), you can use the store credit (wallet) and free shipping voucher to make purchases for the items you need.
*Tourist users, kindly register a PatPat account using the email address you provided when placing your order. This will allow you to view and use the funds refunded to your PatPat store credit (wallet).Having trouble returning your order?

What if I can’t find my QR code?
Happy Returns will email you a QR code for you to show at your local Return Bar.Without a QR code, they will not be able to accept your return, so please be sure to initiate the return online and get a QR code before heading to a Return Bar.
If you cannot locate this email:
1. Please confirm if the email you just checked is the one you used to register your PatPat account.
2. Please check your spam or junk email folder.

Yes, you can go to any Happy Returns location. Locations can be found here: https://locations.happyreturns.com/
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
For exchange ,the refund will be sent back to your PatPat store credit (wallet) within 24 hours;
For return, the refund will be credited to original form of payment within 2~3 weeks. The actual time for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your bank's processing time.Is there a limit to how many items I can drop off?
Yes, as of January 4, 2023, Happy Returns has implemented a return item limit of 10. Any returns with 10 or more items, will not be accepted. You will need to mail in the returns or split the returns.
Once your Return/Refund request has been confirmed, PatPat will finish processing your Refund/Return within 2-5 days.
Please note that the actual time for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your bank's processing time, which may vary depending on the payment method used. Generally, it takes 7-15 business days to complete the entire refund process. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact our customer service.

To access and utilize wallet credits, visitor users must create an account. If you've opted for a wallet refund as a guest, kindly clcik HERE to create a PatPat account using the same email used for your current order!
Check your bank account:
It can take some time for a refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account. Give it a few days and check again to see if the funds have been credited.
Contact PatPat Customer Service for Support:
If you have been waiting for your refund for over 2 weeks”, contact our PatPat Customer Support team and inquire about the status of your refund. They may be able to provide you with more information about why the refund has not been processed yet or if there is an issue that needs to be resolved.

Sometimes, refunds can be delayed or held up by your bank or credit card company. Please contact your bank or credit card company to check and verify the refund status.
