How to change password of My PatPat Account?
You may sign in to your PatPat account and go to Profile and you will have an option to edit your password.
Go to https://www.patpat.com/ and click on SIGN IN located on the upper right corner of the page.
Click on the Forgot your password? link.
What if I cannot receive verification email by clicking forget password button？ PLease feel free to contact with us.
You'll receive an email containing a temporary password to the email address with which you registered. Please check your junk mail folder in case it makes its way there.
Once you’re logged in using the temporary password, you may personalize it on the Profile page of your PatPat account.
NOTE: If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
