    How to change my PatPat account information?

    To Change Email Address:
    • For your security and privacy, PatPat cannot change your email address. If you want to change your account email address, you need to create a new PatPat account.

    Change Delivery Address:
    • 1. Log in to your PatPat Account, select "Address Book".

    • 2. You can either add a New Address or edit the existing one.

    NOTE: If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
